???????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????: Makoons is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Packing Manager to oversee end-to-end packing and dispatch operations. We're looking for someone with experience in the Education Industry, Pre-School, Franchise Packaging, or publisher packaging who can efficiently manage high-volume packing operations.

???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: 1. Manage day-to-day packing and dispatch operations efficiently. 2. Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and handling of educational materials, books, kits, stationery, branding items, and franchise-related products. 3. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for timely dispatch. 4. Supervise packing staff and monitor daily productivity. 5. Maintain packaging quality standards to avoid damage and dispatch errors. 6. Handle franchise kit packaging and shipment coordination. 7. Maintain inventory movement and dispatch records. 8. Ensure timely delivery of materials to centres/franchise partners. 9. Conduct stock verification and packing audits regularly. 10. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency in the packing department. 11. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to packing and dispatch activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
