Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Insurance & Risk to lead the company’s global insurance portfolio and risk management initiatives. This role will be responsible for securing and managing insurance coverage across multiple jurisdictions, supporting claims processes, and driving proactive risk mitigation strategies. This position is based in India and will work closely with global stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and campus teams.

Key Responsibilities: Insurance Portfolio Management
- Lead the placement, renewal, and optimization of insurance programs across 8+ countries, including the India campus business
