Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
- Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
