Department: Architecture Designation/Level: Senior Architect Experience: 8- 10 years Location: Vrindavan Senior Architect with 8-10 years experience in design reviews, compliance with Building codes, coordinate with MEP consultants & others stakeholder, in real estate project execution and to lead architectural design integration, regulatory approvals, and multidisciplinary coordination Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design development for large-scale real estate projects, from concept to construction documentation using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and feasibility studies to optimise costs, aesthetics, and functionality while adhering to zoning laws, fire safety norms, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and landscape teams to integrate systems and resolve site-specific challenges. Prepare and manage technical documentation, including BOQs, RFIs, escalation matrices, and approval submissions to authorities. Implement sustainable design practices (e.g., GRIHA/IGBC certifications) and leverage digital tools for project tracking and stakeholder communication. Handle client escalations, risk assessments, and post construction handovers. Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised institute. 8-10 years of experience in real estate projects. Positive Knowledge of Indian building regulations, RERA compliance, and MEP integration. Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh specific bylaws.
