Potential PPO opportunity after successful completion of the internship Only final semester postgraduate students or graduates are eligible to apply We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Study Abroad team and support students throughout their post-onboarding journey. ???? Role Overview: In this role, you will ensure a smooth and seamless experience for students during their study abroad process while coordinating with multiple teams for successful execution. ???? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end student journey post onboarding
• Act as the primary point of contact for student queries related to applications, documentation, and processes
• Coordinate with admissions, counseling, and visa teams
• Track student progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Maintain and update student data in CRM/tools
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Handle student concerns and escalations effectively
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement ✅ Requirements:
- Final semester postgraduate students or graduates are eligible to apply
• Strong academic background from a reputed university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
