Notice Period: Immediate-15 days Contract: Longterm Contract Work: PAN INDIA Min:7+ Years Role Summary:** Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the **Redwood RunMyJobs platform** to automate business processes. The administrator ensures seamless SAP and non-SAP integration, optimal performance, and reliability of batch schedules (SAP Job scheduling, and scripting)**Responsibilities:** - Setup, configure RMJ servers, and maintain **Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) servers**, including installation of agents. - Orchestrate and monitor mission-critical batch jobs, dependency chains, and process sequences. - Integrate Redwood with ERPs (SAP S/4HANA), databases, and OS environments (Unix/Linux/Windows). -Troubleshoot failure Jobs. - Manage environment upgrades, patches, and object promotions (dev to prod). - Independently troubleshoot complex, non-standard automation cases, including multi-agent/hybrid environments and API integrations. - Identify, document, and report product bugs with clear reproduction steps. - Develop internal knowledge base articles to improve troubleshooting efficiency.**Requirements:** - 5+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of hands-on Redwood RMJ/Cronacle administration. - Strong knowledge of SAP job scheduling and event handling. - Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). **Key Skills Requirements for RedwoodRoles** - **Platform Expertise:** Redwood RunMyJobs (formerly Cronacle). - **ERP/SAP:** Deep knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA job scheduling (e.g., SM37). - **API Scripting:** Experience with REST, SOAP, Webhooks, and Bash/Python/PowerShell. - **Databases:** Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
