About Us:

Telum isseeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for a twelve-month project. You will be working with a national precast company leading the set up and establishment of new production phases on their growing site.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the construction of playing a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects on-site. Responsibilities include coordinating in office personnel, managing quality and safety standards, and overseeing site-based resource allocation.

Your role will require you to:

Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, project stakeholders, subcontractors and other in office personnel.

Tracking and updating the head contract program and its implementation on site.

Determining and implementing project specific risk controls, goals and opportunities for project innovation and whole of life solutions.

About You:

General knowledge of WHS standards & regulations.

Minimum 2+ years of industry experience and / or trade qualification.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well as both a team player and a team leader.

Ability to adapt and problem solve to demonstrate a proactive approach.

Experience supervising precast concrete manufacturing environments is desirable

Proven track record of establishing new industrial facilities understanding of concrete technology, rigging, and casting.

Robust history of managing diverse subcontractor and labour teams.
