The Operations Manager will play a critical part of the business
- The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the operational activities on the shop floor.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate proven work experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry and possess excellent communication and people management skills. You will have a continuous improvement and safety mindset, be a critical thinker with a natural ability to problem solve and put systems in place to ensure the effective production. You must be able to handle a wide range of roles and responsibilities across different functions.
