12 month contract with view of staying on due to project growth

The role:

You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all people related issues. With a key focus on maximising engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate robust problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Managing the recruitment and selection process

Provide successful resourcing solutions; ensure quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business.

Assist our Leaders with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working setting and culture

Deliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment laws

Fulfilling the role of OHS/Return to Work Coordinator

Deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reporting

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Nurture a positive working workplace

Requirements:

Degree level qualification in HR or a related field and a proven track record

A minimum of 5 years HR experience is required with evidence of successful HR projects

Experience with Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation is essential

Demonstrated experience in execution of HR activities and deliverables

Solid management, strategic planning and goal setting skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
