Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to work as an HR & Franchise Development Executive for Funshala Kindergarten. The role involves managing HR operations along with expanding our brand through franchise opportunities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to build relationships HR Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Handle employee engagement and retention activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Implement HR policies and maintain discipline
- Franchise Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for recent franchise opportunities
- Communicate with potential franchise partners
- Explain business model, investment, and returns clearly
- Conduct meetings and presentations for franchise sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees
- Coordinate with management for onboarding new franchise units Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes
- Sales or business development experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven Experience:
- 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
