Senior Full Stack Developer | Manager (Prayagraj)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. - Design, develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and shared application components. What we’re looking for:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies and databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent understanding of version control management (e.g., Git).
- Proficient problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience working with logging and networking issues on major applications.
- A seasoned and senior expert who leads the delivery of results through others and provides advice vertically and horizontally.
- Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided.
- A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams.
- You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and your team, in support of the broader BU agenda.
- Ability to influence others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business and BU level.
