Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SEO Developer with strong expertise in backlink building, off-page SEO, and technical optimization. The candidate should be capable of improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and executing high-quality link-building strategies using ethical SEO practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Off-Page SEO & Backlink Building › Guest posting on DA 20+ sites — min. 10–20 quality posts/month › Web 2.0 blogs, profile links, social bookmarking, forum & Q&A; participation › Article, image, video, PDF submissions; press release distribution › Broken link building, Skyscraper technique, HARO & competitor gap analysis › Regular backlink audits, Google Disavow Tool, anchor text diversification › Personalized outreach emails; monthly outreach tracker maintenance 2. Citation Building › Submit NAP details consistently across Google, Bing, Justdial, Sulekha, Yellow Pages, etc. › Ensure 100% NAP consistency; fix duplicate or incorrect citations › Build niche-specific citations; track monthly citation growth 3. Google My Business (GMB) Management › Setup, verify, and fully optimize GMB profiles for all business locations › Publish weekly posts; respond to all reviews within 24–48 hrs; manage Q&A; › Monitor GMB Insights — views, calls, direction requests, search queries 4. SEO Reporting & Analytics › Weekly backlink reports; monthly traffic & keyword ranking reports › Track DA/PA, referring domains, organic traffic via GA4 & Search Console › Competitor SEO reports, SERP feature tracking, content gap analysis › Tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz, BrightLocal, Screaming Frog 5. On-Page SEO (Working Knowledge) › Title tags, meta descriptions, H1–H6, internal linking, image alt text, URL slugs 6. Technical SEO (Basic Knowledge) › XML sitemaps, robots.txt, 404 errors, redirect & crawl issue identification Required Skills › Graduate in any discipline — BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, BA, MBA, or equivalent › 0–2 years in Off-Page SEO / Local SEO (internship experience accepted) › Hands-on: Guest Posts, Web 2.0, Directory Building, Blogger Outreach › Knowledge of Citation Building, NAP consistency, and GMB management › Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and one SEO tool (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz) › Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting; positive written English Benefits: Opportunity to work on real-time projects.
