- Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Build and maintain strong employee engagement and workplace relationships, resolving concerns in a skilled manner.- Develop and manage performance review systems, employee evaluations, and improvement plans.- Organize and monitor learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable labor regulations.- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while improving HR processes when required.
- Put systems in place only when they help people do better work.
- Guide decisions using consistent practices across departments.
