Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading real estate firm in the Bellarine region, is seeking expressions of interest from motivated, methodical, confident, and client-focused individuals looking to start a career in the real estate industry.

We welcome expressions of interest from anyone interested in undertaking a traineeship within the real estate industry, specifically property management .

This traineeship suits someone who is proactive, skilled, and eager to gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

What we are looking for:

Ability to manage deadlines and follow procedures

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Building relationships with clients (customer service skills)

Self-management skills

Working well within a team workplace

Current driver’s license

Key responsibilities:

Provide support to the property management team with daily administrative tasks

Assist with basic tenant communication and respond to general enquiries

Help organise maintenance requests and follow up on progress

Maintain accurate records and update systems as required

Participate in property inspections and assist with simple reporting

Learn and apply basic knowledge of property management processes and compliance

This expression of interest may lead to an immediate role. Please note we are only seeking individuals that want a career in property management not Sales.
