Below is the job description for open position EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS (1) Set up and recover machines for mass production when there is a roadblock (2) On request, set up machines for new production (3) Support operators when a machine is stopped (4) Deliver trainings to new operators

STANDARDS COMPLIANCE (Working instructions/ targets / Quality) (1) Compile and analyse raw data to identify trends, patterns & propose improvements to the supervisor (2) Responsible for taking actions to do minor improvements (Kazen) within the standards. (3) Propose suggestions of improvements (Change request)

PRODUCTION MATERIAL PREPARATION (Preparation of raw material for production and finished goods for packing) (1) Check the raw material is delivered by the Warehouse operator according to the requests from the production (2) Execute tasks linked to the loading of raw material / semi-finished goods (4) Check several parameters at the end of the last production process step : total length, # good quality products , #defect products (5) Prepare the finished goods to be ready to be picked-up by the TPA operator Join Linxens to work in a multicultural setting, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.
