Job Overview As a leader for Strategic Alliances (Oracle), you will own the development, execution, and measurement of joint go-to-market alliance strategies across these critical ecosystems. You will be accountable for accelerating partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, enabling internal teams with partner-aligned plays, and elevating Jade Global market presence alongside key technology partners. This is a senior strategic role with leadership visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and budgetary responsibility.

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Alliance Planning & GTM Execution
- Develop and own comprehensive alliance strategy, frameworks, and annual joint business plans with Oracle aligned with Jades core solutions (Cloud, AI, ERP, integration & transformation).
- Lead co-developed go-to-market (GTM) plans that resonate with shared target markets, customer segments, and business outcomes.
- Define and track measurable alliance KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue influence, executive engagement, and market visibility.

2. Partner Relationship & Ecosystem Leadership
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with alliance leaders and field teams at Oracle.
- Represent Jade in partner councils, strategic planning sessions, and joint leadership reviews.
- Ensure robust alignment on joint priorities, funding opportunities, and marketplace positioning.

3. Joint Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Lead planning and execution of co-branded campaigns, digital activations, webinars, industry events, and field marketing initiatives to drive demand and shorten sales cycles.
- Coordinate partner-coordinated content creation, thought leadership pieces, customer success story development, and shared promotions.

4. Enablement & Internal Alignment
