About the Role We are looking for a driven and experienced Social Media Manager/Account Manager to handle multiple client accounts and lead social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. You will play a key role in increasing e-commerce sales and engagement for our clients, while also reporting campaign performance to stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-platform ad campaigns tailored to different client needs.
- Execute and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and increase e-commerce sales.
- Provide analytical reporting and insights on campaign performance, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align campaigns accordingly.
- Oversee and maneuver campaigns through all phases – from planning to execution and analysis.
- Ensure social media accounts are active, engaging, and aligned with brand voices.
- Respond to messages, comments, and interactions to foster community growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in social media and digital marketing. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Social Media Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
