Job Title: HR Intern (Punjabi Language) Location: Work From Home (Remote) Duration: Internship Stipend: 5,000 per month About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Punjabi-speaking HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers or students who want to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
• Source and connect with candidates through job portals and social media
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
• Communicate with candidates in Punjabi and Hindi
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities Requirements
• Must be fluent in Punjabi (spoken and written)
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
• Interest in HR and recruitment
• Ability to work independently from home
