The position is a Mid-Level role based in Alappuzha, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Palakkad, and Ernakulam districts. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in retail management. The role requires a deep understanding of customer service, visual merchandising, and retail operations. - Proficiency in inventory management with the ability to manage stock levels, optimize inventory turnover and minimize losses.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing store staff to meet performance goals.
