Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chalakudy for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, creating employee training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
