About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Social Media Manager/Account Manager to handle multiple client accounts and lead social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. You will play a key role in increasing e-commerce sales and engagement for our clients, while also reporting campaign performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities Develop and manage multi-platform ad campaigns tailored to different client needs. Execute and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and increase e-commerce sales. Provide analytical reporting and insights on campaign performance, suggesting areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align campaigns accordingly. Oversee and maneuver campaigns through all phases – from planning to execution and analysis. Ensure social media accounts are active, engaging, and aligned with brand voices. Respond to messages, comments, and interactions to foster community growth. Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in social media and digital marketing.
