Tele Calling Executive (Alappuzha)

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team at Ecosun Power Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our solar solutions, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
- Explain solar products, services, and benefits clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain customer records and call logs
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Schedule site visits/meetings for the technical team Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English required)
- Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools) Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Interest in renewable energy / solar sector
