About Us US AND AFRICA GROUP is an international commodity trading and export company with offices in Florida (USA) and Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa). We specialize in sourcing and exporting premium African commodities — Green Robusta Coffee, Raw Cocoa, Cocoa Powder & Butter, Cashew Kernels, Palm Oil, Minerals, and more — to qualified buyers across the world. We are expanding our commercial reach into Asia and the Middle East and are looking for a motivated, remote-based sales professional in India to drive this growth. The Role We are looking for a self-driven, experienced Commodity Sales & Trade Agent to work fully remotely from India. You will be responsible for developing and managing buyer relationships across the Asian and Middle Eastern markets — identifying leads, qualifying buyers, presenting our commodity portfolio, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. You will work closely with our sourcing and operations teams based in West Africa and the USA, using digital tools to manage your pipeline and communicate with clients across multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads — importers, trading companies, food manufacturers, processors, and distributors — across India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Middle East
- Proactively reach out to potential buyers through email outreach, , trade directories, and other digital channels
- Present and promote our full commodity portfolio: Green Robusta Coffee, Raw Cocoa, Cocoa Powder & Butter, Cashew Kernels, Palm Oil, and Minerals
- Qualify buyer needs, negotiate volumes, pricing, and trade terms, and close transactions
- Manage the full remote sales cycle — from first contact through signed contract and payment confirmation
- Record all activities, leads, and client communications accurately in the company CRM
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and trading partners in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets
- Monitor commodity market trends in the region and report insights regularly to management
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper documentation, logistics coordination, and on-time delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Qualifications
- Currently based in India — required
- Fluent in English — written and spoken — required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven remote sales experience — B2B, international trade, or export sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fully remote environment
- Proven experience in lead generation — ability to identify, source, and qualify prospects without relying on inbound leads
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent) — daily use required
- Robust command of digital communication tools: email, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Google Meet,
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working across time zones — Asia, Middle East, Africa, and USA Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in commodity trading — coffee, cocoa, cashew, palm oil, minerals, or agricultural products
- Existing buyer network in India, Southeast Asia, the Gulf region, or the Middle East
- Knowledge of international trade documentation: Letter of Credit, CAD, Bill of Lading, SGS inspection certificates, certificates of origin
- Familiarity with African commodity markets, especially West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon)
- Knowledge of additional regional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, or other Asian languages) is a plus What We Offer
