The candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and executing civil construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work. Diploma holders and Engineering graduates with a strong interest in site execution and project coordination are encouraged to apply. ## Key Responsibilities
* Assist in site supervision and day-to-day construction activities
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
* Prepare and maintain project reports, measurements, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
* Support senior engineers in estimation, billing, and material planning
* Verify quantities and maintain records of site activities
* Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks ## Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of civil construction and site management
* Understanding of drawings, plans, and structural details
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred
* Positive communication and coordination skills
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
