Internal Auditor (Aluva)

Job Description
- Internal Auditor Location: Aluva, Kerala Industry: Manufacturing We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Internal Auditor for our manufacturing firm based in Aluva. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in internal audit functions within manufacturing industries and should be capable of independently managing and strengthening the internal auditing department. We are looking for a committed professional interested in a long-term association with our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage internal audits across various departments and operational functions.
- Evaluate internal control systems, financial processes, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
- Identify process gaps, financial risks, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Review inventory controls, production processes, procurement systems, and cost management practices.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with management for implementation and follow-up of audit findings.
- Support management in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Monitor fraud prevention measures and ensure process transparency.
- Handle the internal auditing department independently with qualified accountability. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Internal Auditing within manufacturing industries.
- Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, financial controls, compliance, and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Candidates residing in and around Aluva will be given preference. Pay: ₹30,000.00
