Care Assistant (Aluva)

- Assist patients with activities of daily living , including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Assist in patient transfers, positioning, and mobility exercises.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Report any changes in the patient’s health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly environment for patients.
- Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and fluid intake monitoring.
- Ensure patient dignity and respect at all times, adhering to patient rights and privacy policies.
- Provide support to nursing staff as needed for clinical and non-clinical tasks. Qualifications:
- GDA or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Pay: ₹12,000.00
