Quality Controller (Aluva)

We are looking to hire a qualified Quantity Surveyor for our ongoing project. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and site coordination. Experience in construction projects and the ability to handle project documentation and measurements independently will be preferred. The applicant should also have valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site engineers, contractors, and management. Qualification Requirements for Quantity Surveyor Position Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Minimum experience in construction projects preferred Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation Experience in billing and rate analysis Ability to take site measurements and prepare reports Basic knowledge of MS Excel Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of construction materials and site activities preferred Pay: ₹25,000.00
