Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our showroom visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers while coordinating effectively with the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle the front office desk and welcome customers professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience at all times.
- Interact with walk-in customers and provide initial information about products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team and direct customers to the appropriate Sales Executive for further assistance.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth customer flow and support daily showroom operations.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area. Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, reception, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary Pass).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer interaction and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: ₹12,000.00
