Project Manager - Liquid Cooling (Alwar)

Role : Project Manager – Liquid Cooling Projects (Data Centers) Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead execution, installation, and commissioning activities for liquid cooling infrastructure projects within data center environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience in CDU piping installation, commissioning, mechanical systems execution, and overall MEP coordination across mission-critical data center projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling infrastructure projects for data centers
- Manage installation and commissioning activities for:
- CDU piping systems
- Liquid cooling distribution networks
- Mechanical utility infrastructure
- Drive project execution to meet committed Schedule / Quality / Cost targets
- Coordinate with engineering, factory, procurement, quality, logistics, installation, and commissioning teams
- Manage installation contractors, subcontractors, and site execution teams
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, installation standards, and project specifications
- Monitor project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and critical path activities
- Lead testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover activities
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across internal teams, customers, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and documentation requirements
- Support project planning, scheduling, reporting, and execution tracking activities Required Skills
- Engineering graduate with 8–15 years of experience in:
- Data center projects
- Liquid cooling infrastructure
- CDU piping installation and commissioning
- MEP project execution
- Industrial piping and mechanical systems
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Installation and commissioning of CDU pipes
- Mechanical and piping systems execution
- Contractor and stakeholder management
- Project execution and coordination
- Strong understanding of Project Management Lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder and fast-paced project environments
- Strong communication, reporting, and execution tracking skills Preferred Skills Experience in the following areas will be an added advantage:
- Hyperscale or enterprise data center projects
- HVAC / chilled water systems
- CRAH / CRAC infrastructure
- Industrial utility piping systems
- Mechanical EPC projects
- Microsoft Project (MPP) / Primavera scheduling
