- Empathetic Listening: You’ll spend time truly understanding the "why" behind a client's move, ensuring their personal goals remain the priority throughout the process.
- Guiding the Journey: Instead of just "showing properties," you will curate experiences that help clients visualize their lives in a new space.
- Transparent Advocacy: You will protect your clients' interests with total honesty, providing clear-eyed advice even when it means recommending against a sale that isn't right for them.
- Building Community: You’ll act as a bridge, connecting clients not just to houses, but to neighborhoods, schools, and local life.
- Stress Management: You’ll serve as the calm in the storm, managing the technical details and negotiations so your clients can focus on the excitement of their move. What We Value in You

- A background that demonstrates a high degree of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)—this could be in hospitality, counseling, teaching, or luxury service.
- A passion for your local community and a desire to help it grow thoughtfully.
- The ability to use technology (CRM, digital tools) as a way to enhance human connection, not replace it. Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00
