Role Overview:

Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required. Follow service standards, policies, and processes consistently.

Required Skills & Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
