Hr Assistant (Alwar)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our HR department The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment onboarding employee coordination documentation and general HR administrative tasks Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process job posting screening resumes scheduling interviews and candidate follow-up Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of all information Support onboarding and exit formalities including documentation induction coordination and asset allocation collection Handle attendance management leave tracking and coordination in payroll Prepare HR letters such as offer letters appointment letters confirmation letters and experience letters Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and office events Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Ensure confidentiality of HR data and adherence to company policies Support compliance-related tasks PF ESIC gratuity etc as required Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 0-1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles freshers with relevant internships can apply Solid verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity Knowledge of basic HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00
