- Alwar Raj Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented AGM
- Production to lead and manage our production operations The ideal candidate must have 15 years of hands-on experience in the plastic recycling industry or a related manufacturing sector The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process ensuring high-quality output optimizing productivity managing teams and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards Key Responsibilities Plan organize and control production to ensure efficient and timely output Oversee daily plant operations production planning resource allocation and shift management Ensure strict adherence to quality safety and environmental standards especially related to plastic recycling Drive process improvements cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives Monitor KPIs such as OEE downtime yield production efficiency etc Coordinate with Maintenance QA QC Logistics and Procurement teams for smooth operations Implement and monitor 5S Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and other operational excellence tools Train and mentor the production team to improve performance and ensure high morale Handle statutory compliance safety audits and documentation as per regulatory requirements Work closely with senior management to align production goals with overall business strategy SKILLS Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and manpower management Familiarity with ERP systems MS Office and production tracking tools Excellent leadership communication and team management skills Valuable understanding of sustainability practices EHS standards and regulatory compliance Coordinate With DCS Group Email
