We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to generate sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role involves handling client interactions, lead follow-ups, sales conversions, and supporting business growth across multiple company operations.

Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers and clients Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings Explain products/services and convert leads into sales Maintain proper follow-up with prospects and existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns Generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid convincing and negotiation abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Good presentation and customer handling skills Positive attitude and skilled behavior

Qualification Graduate or pursuing graduation Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or telecalling preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
