About the Role We are looking for a highly confident, commercially savvy, and customer-focused Sales & Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with business owners, demonstrating solutions, handling objections professionally, and guiding clients through a smooth onboarding experience. You will conduct live Zoom demonstrations where prospects can see professional websites generated in real time based on their business needs. You will help prospects understand the value of the solution, confidently handle objections, assist clients through the sign-up process, and conduct onboarding sessions that leave clients feeling supported and excited. This is not a passive customer support role. This is a sales-focused role with clear performance expectations and sales targets. We are looking for someone who knows how to:

- Fully remote position
- Must be available full-time during Sydney, Australia business hours

- Camera-on culture during meetings and demos Key Responsibilities Sales & Demonstrations
- Conduct Zoom demonstrations with small business owners
- Present website solutions generated live during demonstrations
- Explain solutions clearly in simple, non-technical language
- Understand common frustrations business owners experience with websites and freelancers
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Guide prospects towards making confident decisions
- Follow up leads via phone, Zoom, email, and CRM systems
- Maintain strong pipeline activity and follow-up discipline
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Client Sign-Up & Onboarding
- Assist clients through the sign-up process
- Conduct onboarding sessions (20–40 minutes)
- Help clients feel confident and comfortable after purchasing
- Gather client information required for website setup
- Explain timelines, next steps, and expectations clearly
- Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track leads, demos, conversions, and follow-ups
- Work closely with internal delivery and support teams
