Operations Executive (Pulikeshi Nagar)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with B2C students to ensure smooth follow-ups and process flow.
- Assist counselors in shortlisting universities and courses based on student profiles, academic background, and career goals.
- Collect, verify, and organize student documents required for applications and visa processing.
- Support students in preparing and submitting university applications, including personal statements, SOPs, references, and other required documentation.
- Provide visa assistance by guiding students through the visa application process, documentation requirements, interview preparation, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of applications and updates to students.
- Maintain proper records of student applications, documentation status, and process timelines.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a coordinated approach and high levels of student satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company processes, university guidelines, and visa regulations. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting, sales operations, or education services is an advantage
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of overseas education processes and visa procedures (UK, Canada, Australia, USA preferred).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple students/applications simultaneously.
