Credit & Collections Manager (Aggar Nagar)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled NBFC professional with solid experience in underwriting, collections, loan servicing, and factoring operations. The candidate will play a key role in managing credit risk, ensuring timely collections, and handling structured financial products. Key Responsibilities: Underwriting & Credit Evaluation
- Assess borrower profiles, financial statements, and creditworthiness
- Analyze CIBIL reports, banking patterns, and repayment capacity
- Approve/recommend loan proposals within defined risk parameters Collections & Loan Payments
- Monitor repayment schedules and overdue accounts
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs and minimize NPAs
- Handle delinquent accounts and follow recovery procedures
- Coordinate with field teams and agencies for collections Factoring Operations
- Manage receivables financing and invoice discounting processes
- Evaluate corporate clients and their debtors
- Monitor payment cycles and ensure timely realization of invoices Loan Operations & Compliance
- Oversee loan disbursement and documentation
- Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines set by Reserve Bank of India
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
- Strong expertise in underwriting, collections, and loan lifecycle
- Exposure to factoring / receivables financing is highly preferred
- Good analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM (Finance) preferred
