Sales Head Alwar

Role Description -

This Role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in office in Alwar, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will assist in creating and executing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, assisting in training and development for the sales team, and contributing to sales performance analysis and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Robust Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders

*Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth

Experience or willingness to assist in Training and development of sales team membersKeen organizational and problem-solving skills

*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

*Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools (desirable)

Pay: ₹24,349.52
- ₹95,455.02 per month
