Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate with B2C students to ensure smooth follow-ups and process flow. Assist counselors in shortlisting universities and courses based on student profiles, academic background, and career goals. Collect, verify, and organize student documents required for applications and visa processing. Support students in preparing and submitting university applications, including personal statements, SOPs, references, and other required documentation. Provide visa assistance by guiding students through the visa application process, documentation requirements, interview preparation, and follow-ups. Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of applications and updates to students. Maintain proper records of student applications, documentation status, and process timelines. Work closely with sales teams to ensure a coordinated approach and high levels of student satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to company processes, university guidelines, and visa regulations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred). Prior experience in study abroad consulting, sales operations, or education services is an advantage Robust communication and coordination skills. Valuable understanding of overseas education processes and visa procedures (UK, Canada, Australia, USA preferred). Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple students/applications simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office
