We are actively evaluating a reliable long-term strategic partner who can help build, fund, scale, and position an early-stage U.S.-based AI/SaaS venture.

This is not a generic fundraising or investor-list role. We are looking for someone who can work closely with founders from start to finish — helping shape investor readiness, business positioning, capital strategy, customer growth, valuation improvement, partnerships, and eventual strategic exit planning.

Role Overview

The Fractional CXO / Venture Builder / Capital Strategy Partner will work directly with the founders to help transform AI/SaaS product ideas into fundable, scalable, and enterprise-ready ventures.

This role is ideal for someone who understands early-stage startups, investor expectations, B2B SaaS growth, capital strategy, and long-term value creation.

You should be able to bring more than introductions. We are looking for strategic thinking, execution discipline, investor-level feedback, market judgment, and practical venture-building support.

What You Will Help With

Fundraising readiness and investor narrative

Capital strategy for an upcoming institutional or strategic funding round

Pitch deck, financial model, and valuation positioning

Investor targeting, warm-intro strategy, and capital partner mapping

GTM strategy and path to meaningful customer traction

Customer acquisition strategy and early revenue validation

Partnership and strategic buyer positioning

SaaS business model refinement

Market positioning, competitive analysis, and category narrative

Long-term value creation toward a potential strategic exit
