The successful candidate will proactively lead engagements end to end—owning scope, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables—to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead e-governance project planning and execution: PMO setup, schedules, dependencies, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting. Develop program roadmaps, implementation guidelines, and governance frameworks aligned to objectives and KPIs. Introduce and coach Agile and Scaled Agile practices; run ceremonies, backlog/PI planning, and cadence-based tracking. Manage end-to-end bid processes, including pre-bid consultations, clarifications, evaluation (technical/commercial), negotiations, and award. Drive Government Process Re-engineering: AS-IS mapping, TO-BE design, digitization, and service-level improvements. Execute change management: stakeholder analysis, communications, training enablement, and adoption measurement. Orchestrate application rollouts: release and cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and user onboarding. Coordinate application audits: performance benchmarking and tuning, security assessments, and quality certification readiness. Formulate strategies and delivery plans with transparent milestones, resourcing, governance, and measurement. Conduct project evaluation and impact assessments; quantify perks/ROI and recommend course corrections.
