Head Of Finance Alwarpet

We are looking for a Head of Finance who has closed deals not just modelled them. Someone who has sat across the table from PE funds, AIFs, NBFCs, and HNI investors and brought capital home. If you have structured an LRD, negotiated a term sheet, or built a financial model that got the signature, this role is for you.

What You Will Own Capital Raising & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end capital raises across equity, mezzanine, and debt instruments including PE, AIF, NCD, and HNI structures. Architect SPV frameworks, waterfall structures, and yield-based securitisation models for pre-leased and BTS assets. Investor Relations: Own IRR tracking, distribution waterfalls, and quarterly reporting for all fund and HNI investors. Build and maintain relationships with PE funds, AIFs, family offices, and HNI networks. Banking & Treasury: Manage relationships with banks and NBFCs. Execute LRD transactions against pre-leased assets, drive debt restructuring to lower cost of borrowing, and ensure covenant compliance across all SPVs. Tax Planning: Lead corporate tax strategy including MAT, deferred tax, transfer pricing, and advance tax. Advise on personal tax structuring for promoters and HNI investors including capital gains and estate planning. Government Incentives: Identify and maximise applicable state industrial policies, PLI linkages, stamp duty waivers, GST refunds, and SEZ/MSME advantages across project locations. Financial Modelling & Reporting: Own investment-grade financial models, Information Memorandums, and pitch decks. Report directly to the MD & CEO.

What We Are Looking For 8 to 14 years of experience in real estate finance, infrastructure finance, PE/AIF fund management, or structured finance. Hands-on experience closing PE, AIF, NCD, or structured debt deals, not just supporting them Robust working knowledge of LRD, cap rates, IRR/MOIC mechanics, DSCR covenants, and waterfall structures
