Business Development Alwarpet

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive who can actively bring in new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term projects. This role is core to the studio’s growth and requires someone who can take ownership from first contact to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients (brands, agencies, designers, and individuals)

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads

Initiate conversations through calls, emails, meetings, and networking

Understand client requirements and align them with Basement Studios’ offerings

Pitch services, present ideas, and create proposals

Negotiate terms and close deals independently

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure smooth onboarding of projects

Follow up consistently until projects are finalized and confirmed

Develop long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and current opportunities

- ₹30,000.00 per month
