Creative Lead - UX (Alwarpet)

- Creative Lead – UX Position Overview: We are looking for an innovative and strategic Creative Lead to guide the visual and conceptual direction of our UX design projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, product strategists, researchers, and clients to craft user-centric, aesthetically compelling, and functionally seamless design solutions. You will be responsible for elevating creative quality, inspiring the team, and ensuring that every design reflects our brand values and meets user needs. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Strategy
- Lead the creative vision for UX/UI design projects from concept to execution.
- Define design guidelines, visual identities, and experience principles for products and brands.
- Translate user insights, business goals, and technical constraints into cohesive creative strategies.
- Review and elevate design outputs to ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables. Project Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, researchers, developers, and product managers.
- Guide brainstorming sessions, design workshops, and creative reviews.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and creativity.
- Work directly with clients to understand objectives and present creative solutions. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor and inspire designers to push creative boundaries while maintaining usability.
- Provide constructive feedback to support designers’ professional growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. Quality & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all visual and interactive elements align with brand standards and UX principles.
- Maintain a high standard of craft across typography, layout, color, interaction, and motion.
- Conduct regular audits of creative output to ensure consistency and excellence. Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with design trends, UX advancements, tools, and technologies.
- Introduce current design methodologies, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency and creativity. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, creative direction, or digital design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visually rich digital experiences.
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
