The company manufactures rolling stock components including: Front masks/nose sections for trains Interior panelling Underframes Roof panels Side walls Railway seating systems

MSL is also involved in heavy fabrication, aluminum fabrication, and OEM assembly solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment (woodworking machinery, CNCs, dust collectors, compressors, etc.). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance logs and service records as per standard operating procedures. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement. Implement safety and compliance protocols related to plant equipment and maintenance work. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance-related downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.

Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
