Tele Caller Executive (Ballupur)

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Feewa Energy Pvt.Ltd .The role involves handling outbound calls to customers or prospects to promote products or services, generate leads, answer queries, and follow up on interactions. The role requires robust communication, persuasion, and record-keeping skills. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly.
- Answer customer questions and handle basic objections.
- Follow up on leads and previous conversations.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Share qualified leads or customer feedback with the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling targets. Required Skills
- Good verbal communication.
- Active listening and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Patience and professionalism.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Time management and target orientation. Qualifications
- 10th, 12th, or graduate degree, depending on company requirements.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of local language and English is often an advantage. Pay: ₹8,000.00
