- Railway seating systems MSL is also involved in heavy fabrication, aluminum fabrication, and OEM assembly solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment (woodworking machinery, CNCs, dust collectors, compressors, etc.).
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Implement safety and compliance protocols related to plant equipment and maintenance work.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance-related downtime and enhance equipment lifespan. Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
