Job Title: HR Manager (Full time, Work from Office) – Ambala | Lab Equipment Manufacturing Company: MVTEX Science Industries Location: Ambala Cantt-133004 (Haryana) (Travel required within India) (Candidates applying from outside must relocate) About Us We are a growing lab equipment manufacturing company in Ambala. As an entrepreneur-led organization, we are now scaling rapidly and need a strong HR professional who can become the second leader in the company—someone reliable, responsible, and committed to building a strong team culture. This is not a routine HR desk job. We are looking for someone who can lead, take ownership, and act as the right hand to the founder. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Recruitment: Domestic and International
- HR Operations: Payroll, Attendance, Compliance, ESIC, PF, Grievance Handling
- Employee Engagement & Discipline on shop floor and office
- Performance Management: Accountability culture, KRAs & reviews
- Develop HR Policies, SOPs and Training
- Support management in scaling business & handling admin functions Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of HR experience (manufacturing company)
- Strong understanding of labour law and Statutory Compliance
- Ability to take responsibility — not just follow instructions
- Comfortable managing workers + executives together
- Excellent communication, negotiation & people-handling skills
- Must be physically present in office — not a remote/recruitment-only job Compensation:

- 3-Month Probation Period — performance evaluation at the end
