Drive best in class system performance: with profound and extensive expertise in Active Antenna Systems, radiators, signal distribution networks, filters, materials, mechanical aspects, and EM simulation tools, align technology, product, and operational strategies for cutting-edge antenna solutions; create customer system value; assess maturity and cost-effectiveness of technology for product; stay on the verge of industry trends and adopt relevant developments; identify disruptive innovations and explore emerging technologies to sustain leadership.

Drive Portfolio Innovation: with a comprehensive system view of challenges and solutions, provide in‑depth technical proposals and systemizations for complex problems; assess portfolio break downs to sub functional technology levels in correlation to product KPI’s and industry benchmarking; identify portfolio harmonization and scalability maintaining product value proposition; participate in defining the direction of Confidential company’s R&D; activities
