Role Overview:

As a Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in connecting our company with potential customers. This job involves sitting and making calls to individuals who have shown interest in our products. We will provide you with a list of potential customers, known as leads, to get you started.

Responsibilities:

Explaining Our Products: Your main responsibility will be to talk to potential customers and help them understand the benefits and features of our products.

Understanding Customer Needs: You'll be required to listen to the customer's preferences and needs to figure out which of our products align best with what they're looking for.

Suggesting Suitable Products: Based on the customer's needs, you will suggest the most suitable product from our range.

Converting Leads into Customers: Your goal is to turn interested individuals into satisfied customers by effectively communicating the value of our products.

Requirements: Robust communication skills Patience and active listening abilities Ability to understand and explain product features Basic computer skills Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to meet targets

Training:

We will provide initial training to equip you with all the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.

Performance Targets:

This is a target-based job, meaning you will have specific goals to achieve. These targets are set to help measure your success and contribution to the company's growth
